My Journey Into Photography: Walking the South West Coast Path

Join me for a captivating 90-minute talk that takes you on a visual tour of the stunning South West coastline, using my personal experience of walking the entire South West Coast Path as a backdrop. This presentation highlights some of Devon's most breath-taking photographic locations, with a special detour onto Dartmoor. Illustrated with my own photographs and video clips kindly provided by the South West Coast Path Association, this talk is a must-see for anyone who loves the beauty of the South West.

While in-person talks are always preferred, the pandemic showed us that online sessions can be just as effective. As such, I continue to offer online options for those who prefer or require them.

Talk Details

Run Time

All talks are around 90 minutes plus Q&A time. I normally schedule a break around half way through. I will aim to arrive 30 minutes before the talk to ensure any IT issues can be resolved.

Venue Requirements

My talks are presented using Microsoft PowerPoint and include sound and video. For in-person engagements, I provide my own laptop and projector (with sound) suitable for smaller venues). It helps if you can provide a screen or white wall, but I can bring one if necessary. For larger venues, I typically utilize the venue's built-in projection and audio equipment, but this usually needs some on-site IT support!

Cost & Payment

The standard price for an in-person talk is £99 (which includes a £5 donation to the South West Coast Path Association). Online talks are charged at £79. There can be a little flexibility on price for small clubs. Return travel from Honiton is charged at 50p per mile, plus any parking fees if applicable. Payment is requested by cheque or BACS.
