I am happy to travel anywhere across the South West (Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Somerset) as long as the photo shoot and the travel can be done the same day.

If the property is outside of my free travel area, additional travel charges may apply.

I can usually edit and deliver images within 3 business days. If you need a faster turnaround, please ask.

For a solely indoors shoot, I can work with whatever the weather is doing outside. For outdoor shots, it does need to not be raining, and preferably bright. For drone shoots, it also needs to not be windy.

I am always happy to be flexible on dates to make sure we have the right weather for you shoot, and will usually agree at least two possible dates, and decide nearer the time which one works best.

I will do standard editing of all images prior to delivery; which basically means editing to ensure that the images look the best that they can, in terms of brightness, composition, contrast etc. It will usually not include advanced editing such as removing objects, but this can be provided for an additional charge.

Yes, I have public liability and indemnity insurance from a specialist photography insurer. I also have additional drone insurance from a specialist drone insurer. Details can be provided if required.

I normally assume that you would provide your own models and obtain relevant model releases as required.

As the creator, I retain copyright of the images, however, a standard usage licence will be provided to you. The details of the full licence will be provided up front so they can be discussed and agreed.

A standard usage licence normally lasts 5 years and permits any reasonable use by you, the client, for promoting your business online and in print on a worldwide basis. After this period, the licence can normally be extended for no additional fee. The licence does have some standard exclusions such as not permitting the resale of the images to third parties.

I have a range of professional Sony camera equipment, including two camera bodies (in case of problems). These produce 60MP images which are large enough for very large size printing. I also have a range of professional Sony lenses which work well in low light. In addition I have a range of accessories such as lighting equipment which can be used if required.

My drone is a DJI Mini 3 Pro

To secure your booking for any of my services, I ask for a 25% deposit when you reserve your date. This small deposit confirms your session in my diary and helps me keep things fair for all clients, as it covers time and resources set aside just for you. The deposit is normally non-refundable, since holding your slot often means turning away other work—but I am happy to consider a refund if I need to cancel unexpectedly, or if you’re able to give plenty of advance notice and I can rebook the slot.

Following the work being completed, the balance of payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. After this, late payment fees will be applied.

In the UK, the law on late payments is governed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and specifies that interest is payable on valid and undisputed invoices that are not paid within the agreed payment term at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England Base Rate.

I will keep both RAW and edited photos for 12 months from the date of the photo shoot. The edited photos will remain available to you during this time (please ask if you need the cloud link resent). After this time, files may be deleted to fee up cloud storage space for other clients.

My business runs below the VAT threshold, so my prices do not have VAT added
